Shipping Location
We have local warehouses in Europe. All European orders are prioritized to be shipped from our EU warehouse to ensure faster delivery and avoid customs duties.
Delivery Address Coverage
France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, and other major EU countries.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods, promotions, or stock adjustments, the processing time may take up to 3 working days.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited delivery options with DHL, UPS and FeDex shipping service, depending on your location. Shipping methods may vary based on logistics arrangements.
Shipping Fees, VAT, Customs, and Import Taxes
We offer free shipping on all electric scooter orders. Orders shipped within the EU include local VAT in the displayed price. We are not responsible for any additional customs or import charges imposed by your country.
