After-Sales Policy


Return for Product Quality Issues

 

  •  If the buyer finds a quality issue within 7 days after delivery and the product has not been used, and the issue cannot be resolved by replacing parts, a return will be accepted after our confirmation.
  •  If the buyer returns the item by themselves, cash on delivery (COD) shipping is not accepted.
  •  Returns can only be processed after approval and confirmation by our after-sales team.

 


Warranty

 

Warranty Period: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.


  •  If no quality issues are found within 7 days after delivery, the free warranty, refund period will expire.
  •  If a quality issue occurs within 7 days, the buyer can return the product to the Spain repair center. The seller covers repair and return shipping costs.
  •  If an issue occurs after 7 days, the buyer can purchase parts and repair by themselves and is responsible for all repair and part costs. Or the buyer can send the product to the Spain repair center for paid repair.

After-Sales Terms


The body’s minor scratches are not considered a quality issue. If the buyer requests a return for this reason without using the product, it will be treated as a non-defective return, and all shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. The refund amount will depend on the product condition upon return; if resale is affected, a partial refund will apply.

 

Our scooters do not include a road use certificate. If a buyer requests a return for this reason, it will be handled as a non-defective return, and the buyer bears all shipping costs. Refunds will be arranged based on the returned product’s condition and resale value.

 

Parts Warranty


  • During the warranty period, replacement parts are provided free of charge, but the buyer covers shipping and repair costs.
  • If any parts are defective within 7 days of delivery, please contact us and we will arrange a free replacement.
  • After the warranty period, the buyer is responsible for purchasing replacement parts at their own expense.
